Technical Support

ABS provides local technical support via phone, email and on-site field support. We have a Response Centre to log, track and co-ordinate service requests until case closure.

• For Oracle hardware systems, ABS is an authorized Field Delivery Partner for Oracle Corporation Malaysia. We provide local email, phone and on-site field support for preventive and remedial maintenance services for clients who are subscribed under the Oracle Premier Support program.


• For Check Point security products, ABS is an authorized Collaborative Support Partner delivering local email, phone and on-site field support for preventive and remedial maintenance services.


• ABS also provides similar support services for other security products from SOPHOS and Lumension.
